Steps to Blacklist URLs in a Web Bot

Navigate to the Bot Builder

  1. Log in to your Geta.ai dashboard.
  2. Go to the Bot Builder module.
  3. Select an existing Web Bot or create a new one.

Blacklist Specific URLs

  1. Move to the Settings section.
  2. Click on Blacklist URLs to configure restrictions.
  3. Click on + Blacklist URL and enter the link where the bot should not appear.

Save the Changes

  1. Click Save to apply the settings.
