Steps to Customise a Bot-

  • Access the Customisation Section

    • Log in to your Geta.ai dashboard.

    • Navigate to the Bot Builder module and select the bot you want to customise.

The customisation section is divided into two parts:

1. Widget Appearance

  • Look and Feel:

    • Upload a company logo.

  • Callout Settings:
