The callout position determines where the bot’s pop-up appears on your web page, allowing you to strategically place it for better visibility and user engagement. This guide explains how to set the callout position and customise the pop-up text in the Geta.ai platform.

Steps to Set the Callout Position

  1. Access the Bot Builder

    • Log in to your Geta.ai dashboard.

    • Navigate to the Bot Builder module and select the Web bot you want to customise.

  2. Go to the Customise Section

    • Click on the Manage button for the selected bot.

    • In the bot settings, open the Customise section.

  3. Set the Callout Position

    • In the Widget Appearance section, locate the Callout settings.

    • Adjust the Popup Position to choose where the bot's popup will appear on the screen (e.g., bottom-right, bottom-left).

  4. Customise the Popup Text

    • Enter the desired message in the Popup Text field to display a welcoming or action-inviting message to users.

  5. Save Your Changes
