Create FAQs in WhatsApp Bot

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions) help your bot address common user queries quickly and efficiently. Geta.ai allows you to set up FAQs in the Bot Knowledge section for seamless integration with your bot’s interactions.

Steps to Create FAQs-

1. Access the Bot Knowledge Section

  1. Log in to your Geta.ai dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Bot Builder module.
  3. Select the Bot Knowledge section.

2. Select FAQs

  1. Within the Bot Knowledge section, you’ll find three options:
    • FAQs
    • Smart AI
    • User Queries
  2. Click on FAQs to proceed.

3. Add a New FAQ

  1. Click the Add FAQs button located at the top.
  2. Enter the following details:
    • Question: Type the question you want the bot to answer.
    • Variations: Click the Add Variation button on the right to add alternative phrasings of the question.
    • To save time, use the Auto Generate button to automatically create variations.

4. Configure the Response

You have two options for answering the FAQ:

  1. Add a Direct Response:
    • Select the Add Response radio button.
    • Type the answer directly in the response box.
  2. Link to a Flow:
    • Select the Link to Flow radio button.
    • Choose the specific flow and flow node that provides the answer.

5. Save the FAQ

  1. After entering the question, variations, and configuring the response, click the Save FAQ button at the top.

Tips for Effective FAQ Setup

  • Include Multiple Variations: This ensures the bot understands different ways users may phrase the same question.
  • Use Both Response Types: Use direct responses for straightforward answers and link to flows for more complex interactions.
  • Test Frequently: Test the FAQ responses to ensure they function as expected.
