Add Content in the Template

Steps to Add Content to an Email Template

1. Access the Email Broadcasting Module

  • Log in to Geta.ai.
  • Navigate to Broadcasting Module.
  • Select Email Broadcasting.
  • Click on Broadcast Templates.

2. Create or Edit a Template

  • Click on Create Template (or edit an existing one).
  • Enter a Template Name.
  • Select Template Option → Choose Create Template.
  • Click on Continue.

3. Add Content Using Blocks

  • On the left panel, go to the Blocks section.

  • Click on Content → You will see the following options:

    • 📜 Text – Add headings, paragraphs, or custom messages.
    • 🖼️ Image – Upload images for branding, promotions, or banners.
    • 🔘 Button – Add clickable buttons (e.g., "Shop Now," "Learn More").
    • 🔗 Social – Insert social media links (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
    • 📏 Divider – Add horizontal lines to separate sections.
    • 📌 Spacer – Adjust spacing between elements.
    • 📦 Wrapper – Group multiple elements together for better alignment.
    • 🌟 Hero – Add a large image with a headline for impactful designs.

4. Set Attributes for Each Content Element

After adding a content block, customize it using the right-side panel:

  • Font family & size
  • Text alignment (Left, Center, Right)
  • Padding & Margin
  • Background color
  • Border settings

5. Finalizing and Saving the Template

  • Drag and drop elements into the template.
  • Customize the design and content.
  • Click Save and Continue.
