How to Create an Automation Journey in the Automation Module
Automation in the broadcasting module allows you to set up predefined workflows that trigger messages based on user actions, behaviors, or conditions. This helps in automating communication for marketing, customer support, and transactional messages.
Steps to Create an Automation
1. Access the Automation Module
🔹 Go to the Automation Module from the dashboard.
🔹 Click on the "Create Automation" button at the top.
2. Name Your Automation
📝 Choose a name that reflects the purpose or target audience of your automation.
✅ Example: If the automation is for new users, you can name it "Welcome Series".
✅ If it’s for a product-based campaign, you might name it "ProductX Enthusiasts".
🚀 Keep it concise and descriptive for easy identification.
📌 Click "Save" to confirm the automation name.
3. Automation Journey Creation Page
🚀 After saving, the automation journey creation page will appear.
📌 Here, you can start designing your automation workflow.
🔔 Important Note:
Any changes made in the automation flow will only apply to future events/users.
❌ Past events/users will not be affected by modifications.
✅ Ensure that you are modifying settings for upcoming events only.
Next Steps
Once your automation is created, you can:
✔ Add triggers (e.g., user signup, purchase, or inactivity).
✔ Define actions (e.g., send an SMS, email, or WhatsApp message).
✔ Set conditions (e.g., user clicks a link, opens an email).
