Why Use Task Filters?

Filtering tasks helps you quickly find and manage them based on type, priority, status, owner, and due dates.

Steps to Filter Tasks

1. Access the Tasks Module

  • Log in to Geta.ai.
  • Navigate to the Tasks section.

2. Use the Filter Options

At the top of the task list, you'll see dropdown filters:

  • Task Type – Filter by To-Do, Follow-Up, Call, or Meeting.
  • Priority – Show tasks by High, Medium, or Low priority.
