Why Edit a Form?
Editing a form allows you to update its fields, design, and settings to improve user experience and data collection.
Steps to Edit a Form
1. Access the Forms Module
- Log in to Geta.ai.
- Navigate to the Forms section.
2. Select the Form to Edit
- A list of all created forms will appear.
- Locate the form you want to edit.
- In the Action section beside the form, click on the Pen (Edit) icon ✏️.
3. Make the Necessary Changes
- You can update:
✅ Form Fields – Add, remove, or modify input fields.
✅ Grid Layout – Change single-row, two-column, or three-column grids.
✅ Contact Fields – Assign or modify contact properties.
✅ Form Styling – Adjust colors, fonts, and spacing in the Style & Preview section.
✅ Settings – Configure OTP validation, file download, thank-you page, and other preferences.
4. Save the Changes
- After making the required edits, click Save to update the form.
Final Steps
✅ Use the Preview option to check the updated form.
✅ If satisfied, ensure the form is Published for the changes to take effect.
