Set Up Your Voice Agent in Geta.ai
Learn how to configure your AI Voice Agent’s language, tone, and personality inside Geta.ai.
This setup defines how your agent greets callers, the voice it uses, and the languages it supports.
Steps to Set Up Your Voice Agent
1. Access the Voice Bot Module
Log in to your Geta.ai account.
From the left panel, navigate to the Bot-Builder module then click on “Create new Bot” then Select Voice-Bot.
Click on Agent Setup.
2. Configure Agent Language
Agent Language – Select the default language your voice agent will speak (e.g., English).
Additional Languages – Add up to 28 global languages including English such as Hindi, French, German, Arabic, or Spanish. The voice agent will automatically switch to the selected language based on user preference at the start of the call.
3. Set the First Message
Define the greeting your agent delivers at the start of every call.
It should sound polite, natural, and aligned with your institution or brand identity.
Example:
“Hello, I am your virtual assistant from ABC Company. What is your name?”
✅ Keep your greeting short, clear, and friendly.
4. Add the System Prompt
The System Prompt defines your agent’s personality, tone, and speaking behavior.
It guides how the voice bot interacts during every conversation.
Example Prompt:
Identity & Personality:You are XYZ, a polite, professional, and knowledgeable female virtual assistant representing ABC Company.Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional voice at all times.Speak clearly and at a moderate pace.
5. Save Your Configuration
📌 Set the Voice Model – Choose your preferred voice tone and accent under the Agent Model tab.
🎛️ Test the Output – Make a sample call to ensure pronunciation and speed sound natural.
🗣️ Refine Prompts – Update tone or phrasing anytime for a smoother experience.
