Steps to Set Auto-Replies in a Bot
Navigate to the Bot Builder
- Log in to your Geta.ai dashboard.
- Go to the Bot Builder module.
- Select the bot you want to edit (Web Bot, WhatsApp Bot, etc.).
Enable Auto-Replies
- Move to the Settings section.
- Click on Auto-Replies to configure fallback messages.
- Enter a response in the auto-reply field, such as:
"Oops! I didn’t understand that. Please try rephrasing or selecting an option."
Save the Changes
- Click Save to activate the fallback message.
