Preview Call for Simple Voice Bot
The Preview Call feature in Geta.ai allows you to test your Simple Voice Bot before using it in live campaigns. This helps you verify the bot’s voice, welcome message, script flow, and overall call behavior in a safe test environment.

How to Preview a Call for Simple Voice Bot
Follow the steps below to initiate a preview call:
Step 1: Log in to Geta.ai
Log in to your Geta.ai account using your registered credentials.
Step 2: Open Bot Builder
From the left-hand navigation menu, click on Bot Builder.
Step 3: Manage the Voice Bot
Locate your Simple Voice Bot and click on Manage to open the Agent Setup screen.
Step 4: Click on Preview Call
On the Agent Setup page, click the Preview Call button available at the top-right corner.
Step 5: Enter Mobile Number
In the Preview Outgoing Call popup, enter the mobile number on which you want to receive the test call.
Ensure the number includes the correct country code.
Step 6: Start Preview Call
Click on Start Preview Call to initiate the test call from the bot’s configured number.
Step 7: Preview Completed 🚀
You will receive the call instantly. During the call, you can verify:
Selected voice and accent
Welcome message delivery
Script execution
Overall call experience
Important Notes
Preview calls use the bot’s configured calling number.
Make sure your wallet balance is sufficient before testing.
Preview Call does not impact live users or campaign data.
Any changes made after previewing must be saved before going live.
