How to Create an Import Contact Document for Geta.ai

Importing your contact list into Geta.ai is simple and efficient. To ensure a smooth import, follow the steps below to format your contact document properly.

🧾 Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Open Your Spreadsheet Tool

You can use Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet editor that supports saving in .xls, .xlsx, or .csv format.

2. Add Column Headers

In the first row of your sheet, add the following headers (no spaces, use underscores _ instead):

first_name last_name country_code mobile_phone_number   email

You can also include other optional fields if needed, such as:

  • city

  • state

  • company_name

  • tags

3. Enter Contact Data

Below each header, fill in the corresponding contact information for each individual.

For example:

4. Save the File
