Generate WhatsApp Broadcast Template Using Smart AI

Smart AI allows you to instantly generate optimized WhatsApp Broadcast Templates based on your campaign goal, tone, industry, and audience type.

Follow the steps below to create a template using Smart AI.

Step 1: Access Broadcast Templates

1. Log in to your Geta.ai account.

2. Click on the Broadcast icon from the left sidebar.

3. Navigate to WhatsApp Broadcast.

4. Click on Broadcast Templates.

5. Click on the Smart AI (✨) icon to create a new template using AI.

Step 2: Configure Basic Template Details

Before generating the message, fill in the required template details:

1. Template Name – Enter a unique name for your template.

2. Template Category – Select the appropriate category.

   • Example: Marketing

3. Template Language –

   • Click on Select a Language.

   • Search and choose your preferred language (e.g., English).

Step 3: Generate Message Using Smart AI

Scroll down to the Generate With Smart AI section.

1. Write Your Prompt

Enter clear instructions describing the message you want to generate.

2. Select Message Tone

Click the Message Tone dropdown and choose a tone that matches your brand voice.

3. Select Campaign Objective

Click the Campaign Objective dropdown and choose your goal.
Example:

4. Select Industry

Choose the relevant industry.

6. Use Emojis (Optional)

Enable the Use Emojis toggle if you want the generated message to include emojis.

7. Generate the Message

Click Generate Message.

Step 4: Choose Template Variation

After generating, a Choose Your Template Variation popup will appear.

1. Review the generated variations.

2. Select the variation you prefer.

3. Click Use This.

The selected message will automatically populate in the Template Body section.

You can preview the message in the chat preview panel on the right-hand side.

Step 5: Final Adjustments & Approval

1. Add Body Variables if required.

2. Review the template preview carefully.

3. Click Send for Approval.

4. Click Understood to confirm submission.
