Filter Chats in Inbox Module

Geta.ai's filtering feature allows you to quickly narrow down conversations based on different criteria such as chat status, agent assignment, labels, and more. This helps in efficiently managing a high volume of conversations and finding specific chats.

Steps to Filter Chats:

  1. Go to the Inbox Module

    • On the left-hand side, go to the Inbox module.
  2. Select the Filter Icon

    • Look for the Filter icon below search bar, next to the Unassigned section and click on it.
  3. Choose Filter Criteria
    You can filter chats based on several criteria:

    • Chat Status: Choose between OpenPending, or Closed chats.
    • Conversation Status: Filter by AssignedUnassigned, or Unattended conversations.
    • Chat Labels: Filter chats based on the labels assigned to them.
    • Channels: Filter chats based on the Bot interactions.
    • Agents: Filter chats based on the agent handling them.
    • Use the Sort by New or Old option by clicking the appropriate radio button to view chats based on when they were received.
  4. Apply Filters

    • After selecting your desired filters, click the Apply Filters button to view the filtered results.

This filtering functionality helps you streamline chat management, allowing for quicker responses and better organization of ongoing and past conversations.
