Apply Filters to Answered Queries in Geta.ai

The Answered Queries feature in the Bot Knowledge section allows you to review and manage queries that have been addressed by the bot. Applying filters helps you organize and analyze these queries efficiently.

Steps to Apply Filters to Answered Queries

1. Access the Bot Knowledge Section

  1. Log in to your Geta.ai dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Bot Builder module.
  3. Select Manage, and go to the Bot Knowledge section.

2. Select User Queries

  1. In the Bot Knowledge section, you will find three options:
    • FAQs
    • Smart AI
    • User Queries
  2. Click on User Queries to proceed.

3. Filter Answered Queries

  1. Under the User Queries tab, select the Answered Queries option.
  2. Locate the Filter button beside the search bar at the top.
  3. Click the Filter button to apply filters based on specific criteria, such as:
    • Added to FAQ
    • Answers source
  4. Adjust the filter settings as needed and click Apply to view the filtered results.

Tips for Efficient Filtering

  • Use Specific Criteria: Narrow down the queries by using specific keywords or date ranges for better analysis.
  • Save Frequently Used Filters: If the platform allows, save your commonly used filter settings for quicker access.
