Steps to Set Opt-in/Opt-out Options
1. Access User Consent Settings
- Log in to Geta.ai.
- Go to Settings.
- Navigate to the Chat Assignment section.
- Select User Consent.
2. Configure Opt-out Keywords
- Under the Opt-out Keywords section, enter the specific keywords that users must type to opt out (e.g., STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE).
- The user must type the exact keyword to be automatically opted out.
✅ Enable Opt-out Response
- Toggle Opt-out Response ON to send an automatic reply when a user opts out.
- Click Configure and set the Opt-out Message:
- Send a pre-approved template message or
- Send a regular message to active users confirming their opt-out status.
3. Configure Opt-in Keywords
- Under the Opt-in Keywords section, enter the specific keywords that users must type to opt back in (e.g., START, SUBSCRIBE).
- The user must type the exact keyword to be automatically opted in.

- Toggle Opt-in Response ON to send an automatic reply when a user opts in.
- Click Configure and set the Opt-in Message:
