Adding media like images and videos to bot responses enhances engagement and provides a visually appealing experience for users. Geta.ai allows you to incorporate media in Message Nodes and Carousel Nodes within the Flow Builder. This guide walks you through the process of using media in your bot responses.
Steps to Use Media in a Web Bot Response-
1. Add Media in a Message Node

Navigate to the Bot Builder

Log in to your Geta.ai dashboard and open the Bot Builder module.

Open the Flow Builder

Select the bot you want to customize and access the Flow Builder section.

Create or Select a Message Node

Click on the + button and select Message Node.

Add Media

In the Message Editor:

Upload an Image or Video: Click the upload button to add a file from your system.
