Upload Template in SMS Broadcast

Uploading a template allows you to store and reuse pre-approved SMS formats for broadcasting messages efficiently. Only DLT-approved templates can be uploaded to ensure compliance with regulations.

Steps to Upload a Template in SMS Broadcast (Geta.ai)

1. Access the Broadcasting Module

• Log in to Geta.ai.
• Navigate to Broadcasting Module → SMS Broadcast.

2. Go to SMS Template Section

• Click on SMS Template.
• Click on the Upload Template button at the top.

3. Upload the Template File

• Click Browse to upload a file in one of the supported formats:
  ✅ CSV (.csv) or Excel (.xlsx)
  ✅ Maximum file size: 5 MB
• Only DLT-approved templates should be uploaded.

4. File Format Requirements

Your file should have the following columns in sequence:
1️⃣ Template Name – Name of the SMS template.
2️⃣ DLT Entity ID – Unique entity ID registered on the DLT platform.
3️⃣ DLT Template ID – Pre-approved template ID from DLT.
4️⃣ Template Type – Transactional, Promotional, or Service.
5️⃣ Template Category – Defines the category of SMS (e.g., OTP, Notification).
6️⃣ SMS Type – Unicode or Text.
7️⃣ Sender ID – The registered sender ID for sending SMS.

5. Submit the Template

• After uploading the file, click Submit.
• The system will validate and save the template for future broadcasts.
