Sending a WhatsApp message to a single contact in Geta allows for personalized communication, making it easier to engage directly with a specific recipient. This feature ensures targeted outreach, enhancing your one-on-one interaction with customers or leads.
Steps to Send a WhatsApp Message/Email/SMS to a Single Contact in Geta.ai-
1. Navigate to the Contact Module:
- On the left-hand side, go to the Contact Module and select the Contact.
2. Select a Contact:
- From the contact list, find the specific contact you wish to message.
3. Click the WhatsApp Icon:
- When you hover the contact's name, click on the Email, SMS, or WhatsApp icon that appears beside contact's name.
4. Select a Template:
- Choose a template for your message.
5. Send the Message:
- After selecting the template, click Send to deliver the WhatsApp message.
