Create an Email Template

An Email Template is a pre-designed email layout that can be used for sending email broadcasts. Users can create templates either manually or by writing HTML code.

Steps to Create an Email Template

1. Access the Email Broadcasting Module

• Log in to Geta.ai.
• Navigate to Broadcasting Module.
• Select Email Broadcasting.
• Click on Broadcast Templates.

2. Create a New Email Template

• Click on the Email Template button (top-right).
• Enter a Template Name.
• Choose a Template Option:
  ✅ Create Template – Manually design the email template.
  ✅ Write HTML – Create a template using custom HTML code.

3. Customize and Save

• Click on Continue to proceed with the template creation.
• Design the template using the editor or insert your HTML code.
• Save the template for future use.
