Steps to Set Contact Fields in Forms

1. Access the Forms Module

• Log in to Geta.ai.
• Navigate to the Forms module.
• Click Create Form to start a new form or Edit an existing one.

2. Select a Grid Layout

• In the Form Builder, choose a Grid Layout (Single Row, 2 Column, 3 Column) based on the data you want to collect.

3. Add Contact Fields to the Form

• Locate the Contact Fields section.
• Drag and drop the required contact property into a specific grid.
• Example:
  • Single Row Grid → Drag and drop Name field.
  • 2 Column Grid → Add Name and Email ID fields.
  • 3 Column Grid → Add Country, State, and City fields.

4. Configure Field Settings

• Click on the Pen Icon ✏️ after applying the contact field to a grid.
• Customize the field settings:

If you have a Single Row Grid and drag the Name field into it:

• Click the Pen Icon and set a placeholder value "Enter Your Name".
• When a user fills in the form, the input will be stored in the contact module under the Name property.

5. Save and Publish the Form

• Click Save to store the changes.
• Click Publish to make the form live on your website or platform.
