Steps to Customise Your WhatsApp Bot

1. Access the Bot Builder

• Log in to Geta.ai.
• Navigate to the Bot Builder module.
• Create a new WhatsApp bot or select an existing one to manage.

2. Open the Customise Section

• Click on the Customise section to modify the bot's appearance.

3. Configure Bot Appearance

You can customise the following settings:

✅ Upload Company Logo – Add your brand logo for better recognition.

✅ Enter Bot Name – Set a unique name for the bot.

✅ Set Button Type – Choose the format in which the bot button will appear.

✅ Set Primary Colour – Select a colour that matches your branding.

✅ Enter Welcome Message – Set the first message the bot sends to users.

✅ Enter Sub-Header Text – Provide additional bot information under the welcome message.

✅ Enter Pre-Filled Message – When users open the WhatsApp bot via a link or QR code, this message will automatically appear in their text box.

✅ Enter Call to Action Button Text – Customise the button text for engagement.

✅ Enter WhatsApp Number – Add the WhatsApp number where the bot will function.

✅ Set Widget Position

• Desktop Widget Position: Left/Right
• Desktop Side Spacing: Adjust distance from the screen edges.
• Desktop Bottom Spacing: Adjust height from the bottom.
• Mobile Widget Position: Left/Right
• Mobile Side Spacing: Adjust distance from the edges.
• Mobile Bottom Spacing: Adjust height from the bottom.

4. Save Changes

• Click on Save to apply the new look and feel of your WhatsApp bot.
