Sending WhatsApp Templates During a Live Chat

Steps to send WhatsApp Template during Live Chat

1. Go to the Inbox module and open the conversation.

2. If the chat is unassigned, click “Assign Chat to Me.”

3. In the top bar of the chat window, click “Send Template.”

4. The Choose Template popup will appear. Select the template you want to send (e.g., testalfa).

5. If the template includes variables, fill them using the dropdown menus:

Variable 1:

• Click “Select an option”

• Choose Connect Flow

• Click “Select an option” and select a flow (e.g., Hello Flow)

• Click “Select an option” again and choose the specific flow node (e.g., *👋 Welcome to Alfa Laval Smart Assist)
  
  Variable 2:

• Click “Select an option”

• Select the required option (e.g., Opt out)

6. Once all variables are filled, click Continue.

The template will now be sent to the customer within the same live chat.
