Search for a Message in a Chat

Geta.ai allows you to quickly find specific messages within a chat, making it easier to locate important information in long conversations. Follow these steps to search for a message within a chat.

How to Search a Message in a Chat in Geta.ai?

1. Go to the Inbox Module

   • On the left-hand side, navigate to the Inbox module.

2. Open a Chat

   • Click on the chat where you want to search for a specific message.

3. Click the Search Icon

   • At the top of the chat window, beside the Status button, click on the Search icon.

4. Enter the Message

   • In the search bar that appears, type the keyword or specific message you want to find.

5. View the Result

   • The chat will automatically scroll to the specific message, and the message will be highlighted for easy identification.
6. Search Multiple Enteries
   
   • If there are multiple enteries of a specific keyword in a chat, you can search them by using scroll buttons above. 

This search function helps you quickly locate relevant information within a conversation, especially in long chat histories.
