🧠 Prompt Management in Bot Builder

The Prompt Management feature in the Bot Builder module lets you fine-tune how your AI bot behaves by instructing it with specific prompts. This gives you greater control over the tone, style, and type of responses your bot generates — helping you deliver a more customized and intelligent experience for your users.

✨ What is Prompt Management?

Prompt Management allows you to guide your bot's behavior by setting a custom prompt — essentially an instruction or guideline the bot will follow while generating responses. You can also adjust the temperature to control how creative or precise the responses should be.

🔧 How to Set Up Prompt Management

Follow these steps to configure your bot’s behavior using Prompt Management:

1. Navigate to Bot Builder

Log in to your Geta.ai Dashboard.
Go to the Bot Builder module from the main menu.

2. Select an AI Model

Inside the bot configuration screen, locate the AI Model dropdown.
Select the desired model that will generate the bot’s responses (e.g., GPT-4, GPT-3.5, etc.).

3. Add Your Prompt

In the Prompt section, write the instruction that defines your bot's personality or response behavior.
- Example: “You are a friendly customer support agent who always provides concise and helpful answers.”

4. Adjust the Temperature

Use the Temperature Slider to control the randomness of the AI’s responses:
- 🔹 Lower values (e.g., 0.2) = more focused and predictable answers.
- 🔹 Higher values (e.g., 0.8) = more creative and varied answers.

5. Save Changes

Once you've set the prompt and temperature, click on the Save Changes button to apply the configuration to your bot.
