How to Configure General Settings for Simple Voice Bot
The General Settings section allows you to define basic configuration details for your Simple Voice Bot, such as the company identity and the language in which the bot will communicate during calls.
This setup ensures that your voice bot aligns with your brand and speaks in the correct language when interacting with users.
Where to Find General Settings
You can access General Settings from the Agent Setup screen of your Voice Assistant inside the Bot Builder module.
Step-by-Step: Configure General Settings
Step 1: Log in to Geta.ai
Sign in to your Geta.ai account using your credentials.
Step 2: Open Bot Builder
From the left-hand navigation menu, click on Bot Builder.
Step 3: Select the Voice Bot (for example- Voice Assistant)
Under Bot Builder, click on the Simple Voice Bot that you want to configure.
Step 4: Go to General Settings
In the Agent Setup panel, select General Settings from the left-side menu.
Configure Company Name
Step 5: Enter Company Name
In the Company Name field, enter the name of your organization (for example: ABC Corp.).
This name helps identify the business associated with the voice bot and may be used for internal reference or branding.
Configure Language for the Voice Bot
Step 6: Select Language
Click on the Select Language dropdown.
Step 7: Choose Preferred Language
From the list of available languages, select the language in which you want the voice bot to communicate.

The selected language determines how the bot speaks and interacts during calls.
Save Your Settings
Step 8: Save Changes
Once all details are updated, click on Save Changes to apply the configuration.
