How to Check Reports of an SMS Broadcast

The Reports section in the SMS Broadcast module allows you to track the performance of all your SMS campaigns. It provides detailed logs, including sent messages, delivery status, and engagement metrics.

Steps to Check SMS Broadcast Reports

1. Access the Reports Section

• Go to the Broadcasting module.
• Select SMS Broadcast.
• Click on the Reports section.

2. View SMS Broadcast Logs

• You will see a list of all SMS broadcasts sent to date.
• The reports include details such as:
  ✅ Broadcast Name
  ✅ Sent On (Date & Time)
  ✅ Total Recipients
  ✅ Delivered Messages
  ✅ Failed Messages
  ✅ Pending Messages
  ✅ Bounce Rate

3. Download Reports

📌 Two ways to download reports:
1️⃣ Download Broadcast-Wise Report

• Click the Download button in the Download Status column to get a report for a specific broadcast.

2️⃣ Generate Overall Report

• Click on Generate Report (at the top) to download a consolidated report of all past SMS campaigns.
