Exporting Marketing List

This allows you to download contact records from a specific marketing list in your Excel format. It is used to analyze, share, or backup the data of your targeted marketing group. 

How Do I Export Records from a Marketing List in Geta.ai?

To export records from a marketing list in Geta.ai, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Contact Module:

   • On the left-hand side, go to the Contact Module and select Marketing List.

2. Select the Marketing List:

   • Choose the specific marketing list you want to export.

3. Export Records:

   • If you want to export specific contacts, tick the checkboxes next to the desired contacts and select the Export option above.

   • To export the entire list, click on Export Records.

4. Check Export Progress:

   • If you clicked Continue, Export History opens automatically.
     

   • If not, you can navigate to it anytime:

     Settings → Data Management → Export History

   • Here, you’ll see:

     • Type – the name of the marketing list exported

     • Status – Completed, In-Progress, or Failed

     • Download Icon – to save the file to your system

     5. Download the marketing list

• Click on the Download icon on the right side to download your marketing list.

• You can download it again anytime in the future.

 

Once complete, the marketing list or selected contacts will be exported and available for download.
