Edit/Delete Canned Response
Canned Response in Geta.ai are customizable. You can easily edit or delete them as needed, ensuring that your predefined responses remain up-to-date and relevant.
Steps to Edit/Delete Canned Response:

Go to Your Settings Module
- Click on the Settings at the bottom-left corner of the screen.

Navigate to Chat Settings
- In the settings menu, click on Chat Settings.

Click on Canned Response
- Select the Canned Response option to view the list of existing quick replies.

To Edit a Quick Reply
- Locate the quick reply you want to edit.
- Click the Pen icon next to the quick reply.
- Modify the Short Code or the Response, then click Save to update it.

To Delete a Quick Reply
- Find the quick reply you want to remove.
- Click the Bin icon beside the quick reply.
- Confirm the deletion if prompted.
By editing or deleting outdated Canned Responses, you ensure your agents use accurate and efficient responses in their conversations.
