Edit/Delete Canned Response

Canned Response in Geta.ai are customizable. You can easily edit or delete them as needed, ensuring that your predefined responses remain up-to-date and relevant.

Steps to Edit/Delete Canned Response:

  1. Go to Your Settings Module

    • Click on the Settings at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
  2. Navigate to Chat Settings

    • In the settings menu, click on Chat Settings.
  3. Click on Canned Response

    • Select the Canned Response option to view the list of existing quick replies.
  4. To Edit a Quick Reply

    • Locate the quick reply you want to edit.
    • Click the Pen icon next to the quick reply.
    • Modify the Short Code or the Response, then click Save to update it.
  5. To Delete a Quick Reply

    • Find the quick reply you want to remove.
    • Click the Bin icon beside the quick reply.
    • Confirm the deletion if prompted.

By editing or deleting outdated Canned Responses, you ensure your agents use accurate and efficient responses in their conversations.
