Create Canned Responses
Canned Responses, or canned responses, allow agents to send predefined messages during chats, improving response time for frequently asked questions. You can easily create and manage quick replies in Geta.ai.
Steps to Create Canned Responses:

Go to Your Settings Module
- Click on Settings at the Bottom left corner of the screen.

Navigate to Chat Settings
- In the settings menu, click on Chat Settings.

Click on Canned Responses
- Within Chat Settings, select the Canned Responses option.

Add a Short Code and Response
- Click the Add Replies button to create a new Canned Response.
- Enter a Short Code (e.g., "/thanks") and the corresponding Response (e.g., "Thank you for reaching out!").

Save the Canned Response
- After entering the details, click Save to store the Canned Responses for future use.
Now, agents can use the short code during chats to quickly send predefined messages, enhancing efficiency and maintaining consistency in responses.
