Configure Analysis for Your Voice Bot on Geta.ai

Steps to Configure Analysis

1. Navigate to the Analysis Section

  • Log in to your Geta.ai dashboard.

  • Open the Chatbot Builder module.

  • Select your Voice Bot.

  • Click the Analysis tab under Agent Setup.

2. Add Evaluation Criteria

Evaluation criteria help you analyze calls automatically using AI.
You can create multiple criteria depending on what you want to measure.

  • Click Add Criteria.

  • In the Description field, enter what this criterion should evaluate.

  • In the Prompt field, provide instructions for how the AI should evaluate the call.

  • Add more criteria as needed to analyze different parts of the conversation.

Examples:

  • Lead Qualification Quality

  • Caller Intent Detection

  • Compliance Check

  • Call Summary

3. Configure Data Collection Fields

Data collection allows you to extract and save important information from the caller into contact properties.

  • Click Add Item to create a new data field.

  • Under Data Type, choose one of the available formats:

    • String – name, program, specialization, etc.

    • Number / Integer – scores, numeric values

    • Boolean – Yes/No values

  • Under Identifier, choose the contact property where you want to store this data.

    • Examples: First Name, User Type, Email, Program, Callback Preference, Feedback Rating

  • In the Description box, briefly describe what this field captures.

  • Add more items to collect additional caller information.

  • Click Remove to delete any unwanted fields.

4. Save Your Settings

  • Once all evaluation criteria and data collection fields are added, click Save Changes.

  • Your analysis configuration will now apply to every call handled by the Voice Bot.

Next Steps

  • Move to the Advance tab to complete additional configurations.

  • Test calls to validate whether evaluation criteria and data collection are working correctly.

  • Review the analytics dashboard to monitor performance and insights.
