Configure Advanced Settings for Your Voice Bot on Geta.ai
Steps to Configure Advanced Settings
1. Navigate to Advance
Log in to Geta.ai.
Go to the Bot Builder module.
Select your Voice Bot.
Open Agent Setup → click Advance.
2. Set Timeout Controls
Turn Timeout:
Sets how many seconds the bot waits after the user stops speaking before responding.Silence End Call Timeout:
Sets how long the bot should wait in complete silence before ending the call.Max Conversation Duration:
Defines the maximum number of seconds a call can last.
3. Add Keywords
Add important names, acronyms, or terms to help the voice model pronounce and recognize them accurately.
4. Choose User Input Audio Format
Select the audio format in which the caller’s speech will be processed (e.g., μ-law 8000 Hz).
5. Select Client Events
Choose which events should be sent to your system:
Audio
Interruption
User Transcript
Agent Response
Agent Response Correction
Advanced developer events (like ASR metadata, ping, VAD scores, etc.) can be left disabled unless required for debugging.
6. Save Settings
Click Save Changes to apply all advanced configurations.

Your advanced settings are now configured. You can now test your Voice Bot and move to call logs or further refinement if needed.
