Call Logs Overview
The Call Logs section helps you track, review, and analyze every call handled by your Voice Bot. You can listen to recordings, see call details, view AI summaries, and check transcripts β all in one place.
Steps to View Call Logs
Step 1: Select Your Voice Bot
Click on the Voice Bot you want to review.
Step 2: Go to Call Logs
Click the Call Logs tab to open the log dashboard.
Step 3: Use the Search Bar
Search for any call using:
Caller name
Phone number
Any custom field saved in contacts
Clear the search to reset the list.
Step 4: Understand Call List Columns
Contact Name β shows the caller's name (if available).
From β callerβs phone number.
To β your configured bot number.
Recording β open and listen to call recordings.
Status β shows if the call was completed.
Call Answered β indicates if the bot connected with the caller.
Direction β shows incoming calls.
Voicemail Detected β whether voicemail was identified.
Date β when the call happened.
Call Duration β total time of the call.
Cost β call cost incurred.
Step 5: Open a Call Recording
Click the play icon to open the recording.
Click play to listen.
Use the three dots to download or change playback speed.
Click close to exit.
Step 6: View Detailed Call Information
Click the Action icon to open full call details.
You will see:
Call duration, date, and time
Call recording
Call Analytics (response time, language, interest level)
Call Summary (AI-generated overview)
Full Transcript of the conversation
Click the copy icon to copy the transcript.
Click close to exit.
Step 9: Adjust Pagination
Use the dropdown at the bottom to view:
10 logs per page
25 logs per page
50 logs per page
Select your preferred option.
Step 10: Check Configured Bot Number
The Configured No. displayed at the top shows the number used for handling all calls.
